Effective today, Brian Nilsson will serve as Chairman of the Operating Committee (OC). Brian was formerly the Deputy Director of the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) Foreign Policy Division. The OC is an interagency working group, chaired by BIS, that reviews export license applications in dispute among reviewing agencies.
