U.S. Citizens to Travel to Cuba to Protest U.S. Travel Restrictions

The AP is reporting that a number of U.S. citizens are planning to travel to Cuba on July 21st without the required OFAC licenses to protest "tight new restrictions on visiting" Cuba.
