China Imposes Antidumping Duties on Newsprint From the U.S., Canada and South Korea

In response to an antidumping petition brought by 12 Chinese newsprint producers, the Government of China on July 3, 2004 imposed antidumping duties on newsprint from the United States, Canada and South Korea.
