Custom and Border Protection Issues List of Top 5,000 Importers

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has posted on its Web site a spreadsheet containing the largest 5,000 importers of record during fiscal year 2004. A number of leading U.S. defense contractors are included on this list. More than 500 of the top 5,000 U.S. importers are Canadian companies and 51 of the top 5,000 U.S. importers are Mexican companies.
