BIS and State Department Officials to Speak at April NCITD Meeting

The National Council on International Trade Development (www.NCITD.org) has announced the program for its April meeting which will be held on April 14, 2005 from 9:15 a.m. to noon at the University Club in Washington, DC. The speakers include:

  • Ms. Janice Jacobs, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Visa Services, U.S. Department of State.
  • Ms. Deborah Kappler, Division Director of Compliance and Special Licenses of the Bureau of Industry and Security's Office of Exporter Services.
  • Mr. Vann Van Diepen, Director of the Office of Chemical, Biological & Missile Nonproliferation, U.S. Department of State.
