USTR Seeks Comments on Non-Uniform Administration of EU Customs Laws
In connection with the WTO's recent decision to establish a dispute settlement panel regarding the non-uniform administration of customs laws by the European Union, the Office of the U.S. Trade Reprsentative (USTR) has published a notice in the Federal Register seeking public comments on the issues raised in the dispute.
