Boeing to be Charged for Exporting Aircraft Containing QRS11 GyroChips
The QRS11 issue rises again. The Seattle Times today reported that the State Department's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls has issued a charging letter to Boeing alleging that the airline manufacturer violated the Arms Export Control act by exporting 96 jet aircraft to China and other countries between 2000 and 2003 that contained QRS11 GyroChips.
