BIS Renews Temporary Denial Orders
The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) today published in the Federal Register a notice renewing the Temporary Denial Order (TDO) imposed against Wen Enterprises, Ning Wen, Hailan Lin and Beijing Rich Linscience Electronics Company. In addition, BIS also issued a TDO on Ruo Ling Wang. As indicated in the Federal Register notice, persons subject to a TDO may not export or reexport any items from the U.S. that are subject to the Export Administration Regulations. In addition, no person in the U.S. may engage in any export-related transactions with persons subject to a TDO. BIS has updated the Denied Persons List to reflect these changes.
