U.S. and Canada Announce Container Security Initiative Partnershp

U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Canada Border Services Agency today signed an agreement to establish a Container Security Initiative (CSI) partnership arrangement to help improve the flow of legitimate trade and people across the U.S.-Canada border.
