After a brief hiatus, International Trade Law News is back. Although the look is different, we will continue to provide the same timely news and practical information on import, export and other trade-related issues.

Also, please note that effective January 1, 2006, the Law Offices of Douglas N. Jacobson LLC merged with Straburger & Price, LLP, a full-service law firm with offices in the major cities in Texas, Mexico City and Washington, DC, where I will be based.
