DDTC Publishes Updated Guidance for Iraq and Afghanistan Export Licenses

The Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) today published on its website an updated version of its "Guidance for Iraq and Afghanistan Cases" publication.

The updated guidance publication changes the requirements for documentation in support of exports of Significant Military Equipment (SME) to the Government of Iraq.

The updated publication, which sets for the various requirements associated with the submission of export licenses directly supporting coalition efforts in Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq and Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, can be found here.
