BIS Publishes Final Rule Implement Changes to CCL Resulting From 2008 Wassenaar Plenary
Today the Bureau of Industry and Security published a final rule in the Federal Register amending the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and Commerce Control List (CCL) to implement changes made to the Wassenaar Arrangement's List of Dual Use Goods and Technologies (Wassenaar List) agreed upon at the December 2008 Wassenaar Arrangement Plenary Meeting.
