BIS Under Secretary Juster to Return to Private Sector in January

Under Secretary of Commerce Kenneth Juster will be leaving his post in early January 2005 to become the executive vice president of legal affairs and corporate development for salesforce.com, a developer of customer relationship management products. Juster's duties will include oversight of legal matters, internal audit, and mergers and acquisitions.
