Agricultural Export Facilitation Act of 2005 Introduced in House of Representatives

The House version of the Agricultural Export Facilitation Act of 2005 has been designated as H.R. 719. The bill, which among other things would clarify the term "payment by cash in advance" as used in TSRA (see previous postings on this subject relating to S. 328) was introduced by Congressman Jerry Moran (R-KS) and has two co-sponsors to date. H.R. 719 has been referred to the House Committee on International Relations. The text of the bill can be found at the following link: thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/C?c109:./temp/~c1091QAlu5.
