Canada's Embassy newspaper today published an interesting article entitled "Cuba Trade: 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell'" describing how many Canadian businesses do business with Cuba, despite the possibility of being subject to extraterritorial U.S. sanctions, including the Cuban Liberty and Democratic Solidarity (Libertad) Act of 1996 (commonly known as the Helms-Burton law).
