Military Catch-All Regulation may Crimp China Trade

MarketWatch today published a story entitled "New military catch-all regulation may crimp China trade". The article discusses the implications of the regulation currently being drafted by the Bureau of Industry and Security that would impose restrictions on commercial exports to China if they if the exporter is aware that the items are intended for a military end-use.
