OFAC Issues Letter to NACHA on Cross-Border ACH Transactions

The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has posted on its Web site a letter that was recently sent by new OFAC Director Robert Werner to the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA). The letter provides further information and guidance on standards used in inbound and outbound cross border ACH transactions.
