ITC Publishes 2003 Annual Review of U.S. Trade Activities

The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) yesterday published The Year in Trade 2003, the ITC's annual review of U.S. trade-related activities. The publication contains an overview of U.S. international trade laws, a survey of actions under U.S. trade laws, a summary of the operation of the World Trade Organization (WTO), an overview of U.S. free trade agreements and negotiations, and a review of U.S. bilateral trade relations with major trading partners.

The Appendix to The Year in Trade 2003 includes a complete list of antidumping and countervailing duty investigations and orders and a list of safeguard, intellectual property right infringement, and section 301 investigations undertaken by the U.S. government in 2003.

The Year in Trade 2003 can be viewed and downloaded at the following site: In addition, the report can be obtained in hard copy or on CD-ROM from the ITC.
