ITC Publishes 2003 Annual Review of U.S. Trade Activities
The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) yesterday published The Year in Trade 2003, the ITC's annual review of U.S. trade-related activities. The publication contains an overview of U.S. international trade laws, a survey of actions under U.S. trade laws, a summary of the operation of the World Trade Organization (WTO), an overview of U.S. free trade agreements and negotiations, and a review of U.S. bilateral trade relations with major trading partners.
The Appendix to The Year in Trade 2003 includes a complete list of antidumping and countervailing duty investigations and orders and a list of safeguard, intellectual property right infringement, and section 301 investigations undertaken by the U.S. government in 2003.
