After a several month hiatus, the Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS) has published the March/April 2007 edition of the International Export Control Observer (IECO). The IECO reports on weapons of mass destruction export controls in the Newly Independent States, Asia, the Balkans, the Middle East, Africa and South America.

Among other things, the March/April issue of the IECO reports on recent changes in Ukraine’s export control system, China's efforts to strengthen nuclear-related export control regulations and contains several articles on international export enforcement cases.
